Rotel RTC-940AX tuner/pre-amplifier repair

Seems like this Rotel RTC-940AX tuner has a fried transistor. Does anyone have any experience in repairing these tuner/preamplifier?

It's a beastie...

In the linked manual there are some notes added by a good Samaritan around the PSU transistors. Is this where you suspect trouble? Apparently some parts got covered in glue and I guess this affected cooling.

If this doesn't solve it let us know which voltages are missing or wrong and maybe we can figure something out. There's a lot going on in there.
