I’ve posted this before at our old home but seeing that we are starting afresh I may as well share here too. Welcome to the Red Door Room.
I have both dedicated stereo and home theatre integrated through the HT bypass. The stereo side is the Mark levinson No 335 power amp, 380S preamp, Cary Audio 200TS DAC.
The HT Side is processed by the Marantz AV7705 and powered by the 2x Crestron Procise 7250. The power amps are unobtainium but I was lucky to get some hand me down from the Steyn Palazzo.
Speakers is Bowers and Wilkins 802D2, HTM2D2, DS3 on the sides and 685 at the back and 4x in-ceilings for atmos. DS3 are basically the same as 685 but chosen for the sides for the low profile to create walking room. The 2 Subwoofers are DIY built by some very innovative gentleman from the forum. He used the bowers and Wilkins DB1 as prototypes but he went big. They have 2x18 inch drivers firing in opposing direction
